Bulgarian Association of Anti-Financial Crime Experts Invited to Participate in AMLA’s First Conference in Frankfurt

The Bulgarian Association of Anti-Financial Crime Experts (BAAFCE) is proud to announce that it has received an official invitation to participate in the first conference organized by the European Anti-Money Laundering Authority (AMLA), entitled:
"Building Trust, Enhancing Integrity: A New Chapter in the EU's Fight Against Financial Crime"
The conference will take place on 9 June 2026 at the prestigious Alte Oper Frankfurt and will bring together senior representatives from across the European AML/CFT community, including supervisory authorities, Financial Intelligence Units, law enforcement agencies, policymakers, financial institutions, and private sector experts.
The Association will be represented by its Chairperson of the Management Board, Radomir Dukov, who will participate in discussions on the most pressing challenges and opportunities facing the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing in Europe.
This invitation represents an important recognition of the Association's growing role in supporting professional expertise, knowledge sharing, and international cooperation in the field of anti-financial crime. It also reflects the increasing visibility of the Bulgarian professional community within European discussions on AML/CFT, financial sanctions, fraud prevention, and financial crime risk management.
The conference marks an important milestone in the establishment of AMLA and the development of the new European AML/CFT framework. It is expected to serve as a platform for dialogue between public authorities and private sector stakeholders, fostering cooperation and strengthening the collective response to financial crime across the European Union.
BAAFCE remains committed to contributing to international cooperation, promoting professional excellence, and supporting the development of effective measures to combat financial crime at both national and European levels.
