Liliyana Nikolova is an experienced Compliance Manager with a strong track record in the banking and insurance industries. With over fifteen years of experience in financial industry compliance, Liliyana brings extensive expertise in regulatory compliance, corporate law, and anti-money laundering (AML) to the Bulgarian Association of Financial Crime Prevention Experts (BAAFC).

Currently, Liliyana serves as the Compliance Director at UNIQA Insurance Plc. Her career includes significant roles in both the Legal and Compliance Departments across various companies in the financial sector, telecommunications, and science. Her robust legal background, complemented by a master’s degree from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, has enabled her to navigate complex regulatory environments effectively.
