Petar Antonov

Petar Antonov graduated from the Law Faculty of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski,". He has been an Attorney at Law with the Sofia Bar Association since 1999, offering over two decades of extensive legal expertise. He provides legal representation before courts and arbitration panels across the country, handling commercial and civil cases. Additionally, Petar represents clients in front of the Commission for the Protection of Competition and the Commission for Combating Corruption, showcasing a strong commitment to upholding justice and ethical standards

Throughout his career, Petar has advised both domestic and international clients on a wide range of legal matters, including commercial transactions, direct and indirect investments, banking law, securities, company incorporation and conversion, insolvency, tax law, money laundering, anti-corruption, and intellectual and industrial property. This diverse legal expertise makes him a highly sought-after legal advisor in the financial and corporate sectors.

In 2008, Petar was a lecturer at the Congress of the Association of European Lawyers in Bucharest, Romania, where he presented on the "Legal framework of foreign investments in Bulgaria and tax advantages." This opportunity highlighted his proficiency in international law and cross-border investments.

In 2010, Petar Antonov completed a course in arbitration at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), further enhancing his skills in dispute resolution.
